Lisa Auld joined Nexxis Solutions as a Senior Program Manager.  She has over 40 years of technical and program management experience. Prior to joining Nexxis, she was the Program Manager for several large contracts at Praxis and Booz Allen. 

 Lisa has a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), a Master’s Degree in Administrative Sciences from Johns Hopkins University (JHU), and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technology and Management from University of Maryland University College (UMUC).  She is a certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified CMMC Professional (CCP), INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).

Jen Jones joined Nexxis in 2021 as a Senior Program Manager. She has over 25 years of program management, contracts, finance, and resource management experience on both small and large programs. She has extensive experience in developing and executing Program Management Offices for contracts. Prior to joining Nexxis, Jen worked as Director of Research at Praxis Engineering and Vice-President, Maryland Operation at Advanced Concepts, Inc. She has been a Prime Program Manager on multiple programs. Jen is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Phoenix and B.S. in Biology with a minor in Environmental Sciences from University of Virginia.

Michael “Mike” Schepers joined Nexxis as Director of Information Technologies, where he leads enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure operations, and compliance programs supporting government clients. With nearly four decades of experience in executive leadership, IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations, he is recognized for aligning business objectives with technology solutions that improve performance, security, and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Nexxis Solutions, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at DTC, where he led operational strategy, cybersecurity governance, service delivery, and compliance initiatives supporting hundreds of organizations and thousands of managed endpoints. He also held senior technology leadership positions with Praxis Engineering Technologies and CIENA Corporation, directing large-scale infrastructure operations, enterprise modernization efforts, and multimillion-dollar technology budgets.

 Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and maintains industry certifications including CISSP, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).

Kathy Butler joined Nexxis Solutions as the Director of Security Operations in August 2021.  She is responsible for effectively executing all aspects of our company’s security and serves as a security expert providing personnel, physical, and information systems security to selected government sponsored programs and special purpose facilities in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).

Prior to joining Nexxis, Mrs. Butler served Praxis Engineering as Security Manager for over 15 years managing hundreds of personnel clearances and multiple Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) in support of the Department of Defense (DoD).  She was a credentialed Special Agent/Counterintelligence Investigator for the DoD. She managed white-collar crime cases, specializing in bad-check and fraud investigations for over 11 years at the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office.  She managed security departments for both large- and small-industry culminating over 30 years’ experience in Facility and Industrial Security Management, Investigation, Administration, Program Management, Sales and Marketing. 

Mrs. Butler obtained her BS Cum Laude in Criminal Justice from University of Maryland University College. She is certified as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) from Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) as well as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) and Communications Security Custodian Official from the National Security Agency.

Debbie Mobley is the Director of Human Resources at Nexxis Solutions, where she leads all aspects of the HR function, from strategic planning and organizational development to employee relations, compliance, talent management, and culture. With more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience, Debbie has served in executive, senior management, and hands-on HR practitioner roles across a variety of organizations.

Throughout her career, Debbie has focused on supporting technical professionals and building high-performing workplaces that drive customer success, employee engagement, technical excellence, and organizational growth. She is known as an intuitive, approachable leader who delivers practical HR solutions and fosters environments where employees, teams, and organizations can thrive.

Debbie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Maryland, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and an Associate of Arts from Howard Community College (HCC). She is certified as both a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Committed to advancing the HR profession, Debbie has taught HR certification courses as an Adjunct Professor at Howard Community College and has served in numerous professional leadership roles throughout her career, including service on the Board of the Howard County Human Resources Society. She is an active member of SHRM and ACE HR and is a founder and the facilitator of HR4IC, a professional networking and development group dedicated to elevating the practice of human resources within the Intelligence Community.

Ryan Clark is Recruiting & Staffing Lead at Nexxis Solutions. Ryan is responsible for the strategic direction of talent identification, acquisition and retention. Ryan has over 25 years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing and program management with the last 20 focused on the Intelligence Community. Prior to joining Nexxis, he led the recruiting team at Praxis Engineering. Ryan has a B.B.A. in Marketing from George Washington University, where he also competed on their Division I baseball team for 4 years. Ryan and his family reside in Sykesville, MD.

Lisa David is Director of Business Operations for Nexxis Solutions. She is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, contract administration, and contract pricing. Lisa has over 40 years of experience in Government Contracting focusing on contract pricing and costing strategies, proposal development, contracts/subcontract administration, finance/accounting, procurement and compliance/audit. Her extensive experience includes 28 years as a Business Operations Director with small to large System Integrators working on Civilian and DOD programs. During her career, Lisa has successfully directed a staff of 25+ contract and finance personnel performing business management functions for all size programs including large, complex EVM based DOD programs.

Fred Fauth is a Principal and Vice President of Nexxis. Fred leads business development, capture, and proposal efforts in support of Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. He has over 25 years of progressive experience in large contract capture and software engineering management, including leading and supporting over 25 successful capture and proposal efforts totaling more than $2.5 billion. Prior to joining Nexxis, Fred worked as a Senior Capture Manager at Praxis Engineering, and as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Fred holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Maryland. He previously served as the Secretary for the AFCEA Central Maryland Chapter and has served in various capacities on several other non-profit boards.

Jerry Schepers is a Principal and co-founder of Nexxis Solutions and serves as the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to Nexxis, Jerry was a Principal at Praxis Engineering, where he served as a member of the Executive Management Team leading all business development, strategic relationships, and marketing activities. Jerry has over 40 years of diverse industry experience including senior management roles focused on both Government and Commercial business sectors. Prior to Praxis, Jerry served as Director of Federal Sales at Information Builders, Inc. and prior to that, spent over 9 years at Rational Software where he last served as Area Sales Manager for the eastern United States SMB market.

Jerry has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park and an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University where he served as an adjunct professor for over 25 years. He has held numerous positions within AFCEA's Central Maryland Chapter including President and Chairman of the Board of Directors. In addition, Jerry is a General Partner in Old Line Capital Partners, a small private equity firm.

Bill Dunahoo is a principal and co-founder of Nexxis Solutions. Bill is President and leads the Executive Management Team. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of Nexxis' Business Units. Bill has over 30 years of experience in the software and systems services focused on providing solutions to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. Prior to founding Nexxis, Bill was a co-founder and President of Praxis Engineering. He previously served in various capacities as a software and systems engineer before becoming an independent consultant in 1992 and co-founded another successful software consulting firm in 1995. Bill has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park. He is a board member of the Fort Meade Alliance and leads the Meade Business Connect committee. He was formerly AFCEA Regional Vice President for Maryland for many years and, prior to that, was the Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the AFCEA Central Maryland Chapter.
